Eligibility Criteria for Page Scholarship
- Eligibility Criteria:
- To qualify for the PAGE Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Residence and Enrollment: Applicants must be permanent residents of and enrolled in educational institutions situated within the districts of Hassan, Mysuru, Mandya, Chaikkaballapur, or Tumakuru.
- Income Limit: The family’s annual income should not exceed 3.6 lakhs for eligible students.
- Academic Requirements:
- For 1st Year PUC / Diploma / ITI courses: A minimum 60% score is required in SSLC (10th Standard) exams.
- For 2nd Year PUC / Diploma / ITI courses: A minimum 60% score is required in SSLC exams and a minimum 60% score in 1st Year PUC / Diploma / ITI exams.
- For 3rd Year Diploma courses: A minimum 60% score is required in SSLC exams and a minimum 60% score in 1st Year & 2nd Year Diploma exams.
- Preference Criteria: Preference will be given to students who are differently abled, those without both parents, or those with a single parent.
- Institute Recognition: The educational institute must be recognized and included in the board’s approved college list, which is regularly updated.
- Ineligibility: Applicants already availing of scholarships from other programs are not eligible for the PAGE Scholarship Program.
- Enrollment Requirements:
- Eligible Students: Those enrolled in regular colleges.
- Not Eligible: Students enrolled in distance education programs or online education programs.
