Terms and Conditions of ONGC Scholarship 2024

1. 50% of the scholarships are reserved for female students.
2. The scholarship funds will be distributed annually, following the conclusion of the academic year, and will be directly deposited into the student’s bank account via the ECS facility.
3. Once granted, the scholarship will be subject to renewal each year as long as the student is progressing in their course and has not completed it.
4. To ensure the continuation of the scholarship, students must maintain a minimum academic performance of 60% or a grade point average of 6 out of 10 in each semester examination.
5. The scholarship will be discontinued if the student fails to advance to the next academic year as determined by their respective educational institution.
6. For the scholarship to be renewed, students are obligated to submit an ‘Application for Renewal’ in the prescribed format.
7. If a student subsequently receives another scholarship after being awarded the ONGC scholarship, they are required to repay the entire scholarship amount received from the ONGC Foundation.
8. The selected candidate should not be concurrently benefiting from any other scholarship or financial aid from any other source, except in cases where students are receiving tuition fee waivers or reimbursements from the State Government; such students remain eligible for this scholarship.
