17 Important Documents a student must keep ready before applying for any Online Scholarship

Every student who intends to apply for an Online Scholarship must have the Soft Copy / Scanned Copy of the following 17 documents.

Student Photo
Student Aadhar Card (Front & Back in one image)
Student ID Card (Front and back in one image) – Issued by the School / College.
Student Study / Bonafide Certificate – Issued by the School/College.
Previous Exam Marks Card (Latest Exam Passed)
Class 10 Marks Card (If Passed class 10)
Class 12 Marks Card (If Passed class 12)
Consolidated Diploma / Degree Marks Card (If Passed Diploma or Degree)
Income Proof Document – Income Certificate with Student Name (Issued by the Government) or Salary Certificate of the Parent issued by employer.
Caste Certificate – Issued by the Government. (If applicable)
EWS Certificate – Issued by the Government (If applicable)
Bank Details – First Page of Bank Passbook or Cancelled Cheque
Fees Paid Receipt – Issued by the School / College after payment of partial or full fees
Fees Structure – Issued by school / college with the complete fees structure for the academic year (If applicable)
Ration Card / BPL Card (If available)
Disability Certificate (In Case of Disability)
Death Certificate of Parent’s (In Case of Orphan Student)

File Size : The size of each of this JPG image or PDF must be less than 2MB. Use Good Scanning Software.

Note : We have given the basic documents required. Some scholarships may require additional documents also.
