About the Work From Home Job/Internship
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic management trainee to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various HR functions and support the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation activities
3. Assisting with maintaining HR records and databases
4. Supporting employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and surveys
5. Assisting in benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment and inquiries
6. Helping with HR projects and initiatives as assigned
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR team
