About the work from Home Job/Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage registration process for various competitions and events
2. Coordinate with clients to ensure accurate and timely registration information
3. Develop and implement registration strategies to increase participation
4. Fetch the contact details of the institute, school, college, or university from the city or district as assigned to you
5. Talk to the principal, co-curricular manager, or program manager and explain to them about the competition Global Talent Quest being conducted by our company
6. Connect with 40 institutions over the phone and WhatsApp on a daily basis
7. Close deals with 5 institutions per day
8. Clarify all the queries of the institute, school, college, or university related to the competition
9. Guide the institutes, schools, colleges, universities, students, teachers, and parents in filling out the application form
10. Send the details (the invitation card, explanation video, and invitation letter) to all 40 institutes on a daily basis
11. Send the notification over email/WhatsApp to the institutes, schools, colleges, universities, students, teachers, and parents after receiving the application form
12. Stay in touch with the institutes, schools, colleges, universities, students, teachers, and parents till the end of the competition and address all their queries
13. Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities
14. Monitor registration trends and provide regular reports to management
15. Provide exceptional customer service to participants and address any registration inquiries
16. Make strategies to promote events and drive registration numbers

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 600000 to 1000000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1500 per deals closed with the school).
Other requirements
1. The applicant who has good sales skills will be preferred
2. The applicant should have good advertising skills
3. The applicant should be confident and have good communication skills
4. The applicant should be able to handle the client or the call from the client in a very efficient manner
5. The candidate should be able to fetch data from Google to make cold calls.
6. The applicant should be comfortable in sending the details over email or WhatsApp to interested clients. (medium, as desired by the clients)
7. The applicant should have a sound command in Hindi and English communication
8. The applicant should have good negotiation and persuasive skills
9. The applicant should be able to work 6 days a week
10. The applicant should be comfortable in making 50 calls per day and share the invitation via whats app with all institute for promotion of the competition
11. The applicant should be confident in closing 5 deals per day
