- Reside in the state of Maharashtra.
- Belong to minority communities, including Muslim, Buddhist, Christian, Jain, Sikh, Parsi, or Jewish.
- Have enrolled in a course through CET/competitive exams or based on marks obtained in the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC).
- Be admitted to one of the specified courses affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nashik, such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTH, BASLP, BPO, B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing, dual-degree programs, Ophthalmic Assistant, Optometry, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, and others.
- Have an annual family income equal to or less than ₹8,00,000.
